New patient. Just called and tried to schedule an appointment. Got such a run around and put on hold for ten minutes and just hung up.
It is really sad when one needs assistance and is sick and they do everything in their power to contact the proper channels who they are dependent on to move forward and get help. I am a strong advocate for my parents and others and I have never seen or experienced anything like this before as I have tried several times calling and I can never get an office. I just went to conviva last month cuz my doctor had moved and my visit was wonderful quick and easy and I asked for refills on prescriptions and it was pretty fast so you know I don't understand the reviews that I have seen but hey I guess some days are different. Dear [Office/Practice Manager], I am writing regarding my appointment scheduled for 3:20 PM today. Upon arrival, I was informed that the office had made a scheduling mistake. Even though the error was not mine, I was asked to wait — and by 4:20 PM, I was told there were still two additional patients ahead of me. This would have pushed my appointment to approximately 5:00 PM or later, which I feel is completely unacceptable, particularly given that the delay resulted from the office’s mistake.
