Dear [Office/Practice Manager], I am writing regarding my appointment scheduled for 3:20 PM today. Upon arrival, I was informed that the office had made a scheduling mistake. Even though the error was not mine, I was asked to wait — and by 4:20 PM, I was told there were still two additional patients ahead of me. Trying to get a refill is horrible. It use to be so easy but now they ignore faxes from pharmacy and ignore requests in their portal.

I truly recommend Conviva primary care center, all the staff are very friendly and polite. They always greet my mother with a smile whenever we walk in and always willing to help us.

I have no problem with the doctor’s care. HOWEVER, to request a prescription it takes 15 MINUTES to complete the transaction. It is RIDICULOUS the set up that they have. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING! When it can be done on less than 5 minutes.

Dear Mary Garrity Ayrosa APRN, I can’t thank you enough for recommending x-rays at Rayus Imaging Center. Thanks to you the fracture in my ankle was noticed. I was told my ankle was not broken because the hospital only did two views. You had the knowledge to know that I needed three views of my ankle. I was suffering so horribly!!!
