I had family friend that live for serveal years no I wish to leave a positive review but everything has gone done hill my aunt left honest review how apartment has mold they still have not done anything as well she been getting sick over the years all maintenance have done just put colox said the mold is removed . Where do I start with this place. I normally don’t write reviews, but after reading the reviews the lower stars it sounds about right. At first I was pleased on how quickly I got into this place back in 2022-23 after my husband and I being on a waitlist and when we got the call we jumped on the apartment right away after all the things we wanted in a place especially coming from downtown LB.. Hello I was interested in these apartments however when I explained to Christina my situation she immediately hung up the phone and when I called back she informed me she would call me back and never has. I tried to call the office all day between breaks at work and they refuse to answer. What is going on there? I have a scheduled tour in June 5th?
The apartments are very outdated and the heater / ac machines are horrible. I have lived in these apartments for almost 4 years and the new management is alright the new manager herself has a horrible attitude and lowkey a control freak, we have double parking garages but only one car is allowed . To others that dose not seem like an issue but to me my daughter has to park outside because they use to give passes to cars if you went to security and all of a sudden we can’t do that and finding parking outside is impossible, I ... read more
Clear as day on the gate signs that there is no solicitation, but yet a woman with a cart and a man with a van that plays Mexican music to sell his products come through here after the office closes. There are stray cats all over the apartments peeing on our apartment walls and cars. Management seems to think they do certain things around here without city approval and we should just go with it.
