CAUTION: No service after the sale. Amick & Jones installed a Trane dual-heat HVAC at our home. Since then when we needed repair and called Amick & Jones, no one would return the call. This forced us to locate alternative providers for service. I recently became a widow and called for service one more time because the part I need is under warranty. Shared my current situation and need for assistance in a second voice mail, and no return call. Just be aware that you are paying for installation, but no service is offered.
I called Amicks first about 14 years ago they came out and did an amazing job installing my new central air unit. I called them again 5 years ago the Day my Daughter passed away it was so hot and i had people coming in from all over. i called around and everyone was booked up for weeks. i called Amicks they said they were two weeks out i explained what happened he was there in 20 minute and repaired my unit and didn't charge me anything. We had an issue with our Trane a/c unit in the heat of the summer. Other companies couldn’t send a technician until the following day. Amick & Jones had a specialist on site within the hour and repairing our unit. I would highly recommend.
