Looks as though many people have had exceptional service with Amici Pools. I have not. I changed pool service companies, not because I was unhappy with my company, but because I wanted to be a bit higher on the list when my Pentair equipment went out, and Amici apparently does warranty work for Pentair as well as standard pool service. The first 2 weeks of service my pool was green after it being in perfect shape until then. Can’t say enough about the expertise and experience. I was told I needed a new heater for my pool and a friend recommended Amici for a second opinion. So right, Amici went above and beyond, identified and fixed the problem for a fraction of a new heater. My go to in future for any pool needs!! Highly recommend!
