I worked with Lana through Legal Aid Certificate. I needed just basic to be done: full financial disclosure from my ex as it is obvious he earns way more than pays in child support. After more than 3 years my case still not resolved. I told Lana multiple times myself and my son we are struggling financially. But my case still dragging to the point my legal aid certificate expired. She has all the tools and knowledge to help me in a timely manner but she didn’t. My impression - she wasn’t interested in protecting my family.
