I hired Amici Mgt. for 2 projects: • power-wash my deck & • paint my condo's exterior door to the deck.The Amici staff did very thorough and neat work on each of the projects - took the time they needed and completed each job in a reasonable amount of time. Alida who was my telephone contact for Amici was terrific and made credit card payment very simple and easy & emailed me a receipt immediately. I plan to use Amici again and recommend them highly!
Dan is a man of his word which I really respect. He and his crew always showed up on time and when they were supposed to. They painted kitchen cabinets and walls which turned out great. They also removed really bad popcorn ceiling from 3 rooms in my house. It was a really hard job but they never complained and finished it...it looks great! I would highly recommend AMICI for any home renovations.
Got off to a slow start due to adverse weather this spring. AMICI worked around the rainy weather and got my house washed, prepped, and stained. by the middle of May like they agreed. Very happy with the result.
We hired Amici to take down a wall in between two bedrooms to turn it into one. Dan and his crew were very flexible when our closing date got pushed multiple times, and was able to fit us in right away when we finally got clear to close. They listened and respected all of our wishes in the bedroom like moving outlets and adding trim where there wasn't any originally.
