Got off to a slow start due to adverse weather this spring. AMICI worked around the rainy weather and got my house washed, prepped, and stained. by the middle of May like they agreed. Very happy with the result.
We hired Amici to take down a wall in between two bedrooms to turn it into one. Dan and his crew were very flexible when our closing date got pushed multiple times, and was able to fit us in right away when we finally got clear to close. They listened and respected all of our wishes in the bedroom like moving outlets and adding trim where there wasn't any originally. The team worked will together, work site was well maintained. Team put in the time needed beyond estimated time to finish. Very thorough and quality painting. External all trim, soffit, facia, eves, etc.
I was very happy with my house & roof cleaning! My roof had tons of moss growing on it and they cleared everything off safely! I highly recommend!
Amici Development demonstrated poor communication and a complete unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes. They are a hostile company with no customer service skills. Despite being contracted to complete removal of popcorn and painting ceiling and rooms on our new home, they left our home in unacceptable condition—painting over areas that should not have been touched, including floors, lights, faucets, windows, doors, baseboards, cabinets, and heating vents.
