This insurance company dropped our home owners policy with ZERO warning. All payments have been made ON TIME through mortgage escrow. There was no mail, no call, no email; just nothing. We found out when our mortgage company wrote us a letter that we had been without insurance for a full month. Our claims rep told us to call the 1-800 number when they open as it is after hours.
