Worst auto insurance ever. When I had a case about a year ago, it wasn't that serious but they didn't really provide help for me and actually I felt I'm not really cared by this insurance company. Consequently, I was tired of dealing with the case by my self and gave it up. Now I moved to other company they treat me way better.
Worst auto insurance company I've ever used. I had my monthly bill nearly increase 90 dollars when renewing my policy due to rate increase and now they are only doing 6 month plans so they can raise prices more frequently. If you're looking for new auto insurance don't bother even looking at Amica.
I've been a member for 15 years in CA & WA and their customer service for Auto & Home is exceptional!!!
