I have tried to reach this business for weeks, to ask a question about what materials they accept (this particular item was not listed on their website, but most scrap metal companies usually accept them). I emailed their sales address -- never received a reply. I called them 4 times today -- the first time, a receptionist answered rudely and unintelligibly.
