Great place to find support, as an English speaking person that happened to reside in Quebec I really appreciate that we as a group are noticed and supported. Programs and workshops are free and that is extremely helpful.

To the woman who answered the phone today: Shame on you. I called this helpline because I’m trying to support someone I love who struggles with addiction which, for the record, IS a mental health issue. Instead of helping, the woman on the phone kept repeating in a rude, dismissive tone that “they don’t deal with addiction.” It felt judgmental, ignorant, and completely out of line.
