Rented four bikes for vacation trip. Chain broke on my wife's bike on day 3, they repaired it. Day five we come outside from shopping to notice a flat tire on it and we were told we had to pay $10 for them to repair it. Bikes were all showing signs of rust and bike tires were all in heavily used condition, likely causing the flat tire. Unfortunate customer service experience, not recommended. Did have help on a temporary inflation at no cost from Anna Maria Island Tours on Pine Ave...too bad they dont rent bikes!
Got an efoil lesson as a birthday gift and it was perfect!! The instructor was absolutely wonderful. He made learning simple and fun! Will definitely be using this company again
We did a last minute/walk in rental of a few items and were pleasantly surprised at the affordability of their items! The employees on each day were friendly and helpful. Would use again!
