I expressed an interest in the property but the management or whoever was working in there around early June said would send application and never did, I even had to call for it again and she still never did. Maybe Iike discrimination, just seems odd would tell me then there were none ready when they had signs and everything saying they were ready.
Rent steadily increases each year but no improvements are made to the apartments. Very outdated. Assigned parking spaces do not align with apartments.
Listen, If you are looking for a good place to live come here. I have been living here for 2 years and the experience is amazing. The place is very safe and well maintained. The manager Maureen is super nice and kind. You will never regret living here I promise.
