Amherst Oaks Apartments has a great location. This place is beautiful with spacious and clean units, grocery stores and restaurants right near it. It has a great pool and a playground for kids.
Residents received a notice stating they are no longer accepting paper checks or paper money orders for rent payments and forcing us to do it online! They didn’t even ask tenants for their opinion and sprung this up last minute. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate to people who are elderly or cannot access the internet! Making us take extra steps just to pay our rent bill! What a shame, Sunridge Management.

Yo me acabo de mover a amherst oaks, precios muy razonables, los apartamentos muy espaciosos y bonitos con muy buena localización pero sobre todo nos gusto mucho la buena actitud de la manager Leticia hacia nosotros muy, muy amable.
