I highly recommend Amherst Nurseries. We purchased 20 arborvitae a few weeks ago and were so impressed that we are having 20 more put in today. John is so easy to work with and his staff, Matt and Cam, were very professional, hard working and personable. Delivery was great, price was great and the product was great. Highly recommend. John the owner and his staff are knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We purchased dark American arborvitae, green giant arborvitae, and holly for the side of our property line. They are beautiful trees and he was able to deliver them with perfect timing (even on short notice!) we couldn’t be happier.
We were in search of a tulip tree last fall. We found a healthy, gorgeous one at Amherst Nurseries! The added bonus was the helpful advice of John regarding planting and watering the tree. John is knowledgeable, accommodating, and thoughtful. We paid to have the tree delivered, and the delivery person was further proof that customer service is top-notch. It is now June, and the tree is thriving. We will definitely go to Amherst Nurseries if we buy another tree: prices are fair, the tree is healthy, and they're SO helpful.
