Quality work at a fair price. Very happy with a smaller kitchen floor refinishing. Explained the process and which materials would be used in the refinishing process. Only draw back was that scheduling and locking down a specific date was a challenge, possibly because this was a smaller job.

Amherst finishing was quick to book, fast working and did a phenomenal job. Keith, Brian and team were super easy going and great with all our questions on care! We cannot say enough good things about them!! They turned our 30+ yr old dingy floors into what looks like a complete replacement. Thank you for making our vision come to life.

I want to start off by saying Brian did a good job and was super nice. Our floors look better than they did when we bought the house. We hired Amherst Flooring to refinish the floors in a majority of our house before we moved into it. Our original project start date was supposed to be April 10 with an estimated completion date of April 19th. We were moving across the country and not going to move in until May 27th so we figured that was plenty of time. Getting updates from Keith was like pulling teeth. Work was done in early June and completed by the 8th I believe. The guys that did the work did a good job and paid attention to detail but a few issues make this a less than stellar review: 1.)they broke the knob for turning the water off in the basement for the fridge water. It was still dripping a little after I turned it off so I showed them where it was. The lead on the job turned it even harder and the trickle stopped but the knob broke, but somehow they acted like it wasn’t their fault. So I had to replace it. Not a bi... read more
