I rented a townhouse from Steve Simpson for approximately 20 years. He is a genuinely honest & nice landlord. If I hadn't purchased a home, I would still be there. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and in a good location. I also had the best neighbors!

Mr.Steve was the best!! I loved my townhome. He was very nice & pleasant! If you had any problems he would fix them. I lived in his property off of Herlong for 3 years!
