PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER VET!!! I have been a client of Commack Animal Hospital for years and they were NOT THERE WHEN I NEEDED THEM! My 15 year old dog was having trouble breathing and they would not see him! As a devoted dog mom I must warn you, please pick a vet that will be there for you not just for yearly visits, but when things go wrong. They did not prioritize a pets life over keeping a schedule please keep that in mind.
The whole staff is amazing. Roxy loves them all. it's great to walk into a place and be treated like family.
TRAH is a wonderful hospital. They have taken care of all 3 of my dogs. Dr Reimer is a fantastic, warm and dedicated Director. She has always gone the extra mile to take care of my pets. Cara, a hospital CSR Supervisor is always so pleasant, kind and accommodating to my dog and me. I would definitely recommend this hospital to everyone. Don’t Recommend! We lost our family dog of 10 plus years, he wasn’t just a dog he was family, with that being said he passed and we trusted the VCA to handle the cremation and return him back to us well he never returned and they messed up and pushed the wrong button in the computer and was placed in Conroe! But I don’t understand how that could happen when I was literally calling every other day checking the status of him!!! So no I don’t recommend them!!! This was a mistak… See more
Don’t ever go here they don’t care that a mom their dog is sick and has puppies at home they would rather the puppies die than help a mom their dog. I was willing to pay any amount of money to have my dog seen but they didn’t think the life of 8 dogs was important. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!
