I needed several repairs for my home. They were out there quick Victor Lopez did a great job. More than that though he was a great person. If he ever comes back I would welcome him like family.
When I first moved in here, was one of the very first management was horrible. Lawn service was so so then we changed several times and the new ones have COMPLETELY destroyed my lawn as well as my fence. I’ve reported several times and NOTHING has been done even though I was promised it would be by the new manager Suzanne. My experience as a tenant for less than one year with AMH. I will be moving when my lease is up. The home and neighborhood are nice, so zero complaints there. These 5-star Google reviews are mostly based on maintenance, and I question their validity. My recommendations to anyone who is considering moving into one of their managed homes: 1. Take pictures and video of everything, including the yard. 2. Read the lease and consult with a tenant rights attorney.
