I’m unable to is my rent online. I keep calling to leave a message, the ai is sending me in a loop. I have tried multiple offices across the country and I am in the same loop. This is being left so possibly someone at Amh will reach out via phone call or try to fix rent cafe. At first we had an okay experience with them. There were times where there was a ton of frustration. We moved out on 11/15 and we spent 2 weeks cleaning, painting, everything and we’re all old we still were getting $480 of our 3000 deposit back. We were told that our deposit was sent out on 12/04 and here we are at the end of the month with no check. Property manager has been no help and put my family in a rough spot. We had two maintenance visits for a heating issue this winter. The previous two services were completed by vendors, but the assigned technicians couldn’t effectively communicate the issue with us. Today was our third maintenance visit for the same issue and this time we got William M. with AMH. This was the best maintenance tech I’ve ever experienced in my past 8 years of renting from different companies.
