My dad did NOT receive quality care! We thought that maybe he was until they sent him to a nursing home/rehabilitation place. After his intake they told us that he came in with 3 infections!!!! My dad only got bathed once a week. They told us that he should've had his arm pits, private area, and the area of where his colonoscopy bag washed 3 times a day!!!!! You people did NOT DO YOUR JOB!!!!! We found out today, he's only been there for a day in a half at the time, that he has SEPSIS!!!! Now he had to be transferred all the... read more

I've been happy with the care my mother is receiving. She’s been there close to a month now and everyone is very kind and helpful. She is always well taken care of, I try to come at different times and all shifts have been very friendly. Even the Admin has been helpful in the process.
