My mom was at AMG for several weeks!! The staff was incredible!! Every staff member was kind, patient and showed compassion for my mom! They were very attentive to her needs and were very informative and gracious to all family members!
The care was excellent. The nurses and staff were very caring. Therapy as well. They went above and beyond catering to my situation.
I would rate some of the staff there a 10, but a negative experience with a nurse by the name of Jessica gets the entire facility a 1. I’ve debated on writing a review or filing a complaint with the board of nursing because of an incident. My mother was admitted the weekend of 4th of July for rehab following a procedure. On July 26, I came visit her after work, as I did every day. I spoke to the staff as usual. While in the room her nurse, Jessica, came to check her blood sugar and swatted/hit at her hand to move it. Very clean, nurses and doctors were great. They made my time here go fast
My father in law received exceptional care from everyone. The staff were attentive and kind. We highly recommend AMG!
