Pass the buck type of place. One shift does not want to transport a patient from another part of Mercy. They put off the transfer until the night shift comes on. At least 2 other nurses in different departments state this is a regular occurrence with AMG staff. When following up by phone about our patient, excuse was that they, AMG, received a report later than expected from the nurse for that patient.
