Worst company. Terrible Communication and did not return my deposit when I left. Used the funds to fix things that were already broken. Find someone else.

Currently a resident at one of the properties they manage and feel like they are a very incompetent organization. Seems like everyone is trained to say no to everything and just not do the job they were hired to do. Had to make multiple requests for a gas leak when I first moved in, multiple requests to have an animal removed recently and now there is a huge leak from the kitchen that they've known about for almost two weeks with nothing being done yet but they requested I refrain from using the sink. Expect tenants to put a deposit down before *seeing the lease.* Flatly refused to share it. It must be awful. Avoid.

Management company really seems to be making a strong effort to improve their service. Ticket response rates became much faster and they made sure to text me with updates about issues going on. I left my apartment in great shape and received my whole security deposit back.

Kadesh Arya and Natanel are very professional. I am a vendor and have done a few jobs for them. They have always been straight forward and kind with me. I would highly recommend renting, working for them and even allowing them to manage your property.
