The office is a large group that has different doctors, nurses.. It could be chaos sometime. And it seems that Dr Do Luong is really hard to find… something she isn’t in either office. She didn’t even show up on my kid’s appointment. But the staff members here are really competent. They respond to your requests immediately with best effort. If one staff can’t solve your problem, call again and connect with another one.
