I have had a great time here at hoover ...I learned so much and the chef is awesome and the staff is phenomenal especially karrissa the discharge coordinator she is a god send the cc's are awesome I have no complaints at all ....I have been able to be to be me and that says alot
I would 100% recommend to anyone who needs the help or has the opportunity to go here; It has absolutely changed my life and set me on the right track. The people here are amazing I want to shout out each of the CCs’ Sarah, Owen on the night shift is a wonderful combo while the morning crew Gladius, Jonathan, and Bella are amazing people to welcome you to the morning each and everyone of them put a smile on my face. Had a loved one stay here, staff was very helpful and communicative. They worked with us and helped work through some difficult issues. Would recommend to anyone who needs this type of assistance
I have really cherished my time at the AMFM Hoover House. The care that is provided was so incredibly helpful in so many different ways. This was my first time experiencing group therapy and instructors like Austin and Julia created a comfortable and healing environment. I learned so much from them, important skills that I presume will be helpful for the rest of my life. My adult aged son was a client of AMFM and he has been to a few residential treatment centers over the years and AMFM is by far the best center he has been to. He has received amazing support while being there from his therapist Brandee to his Case Managers Pia and Carissa. The care he has received from these amazing women has been incredible.
