I checked myself into AMFM The Mission a little over two years ago using my insurance. I did not understand the environment until I arrived, and the experience was deeply disappointing. The facility felt unstructured and poorly managed. Many of the residents were much younger, and the overall atmosphere felt chaotic rather than therapeutic. There were repeated incidents of disruptive behavior, including screaming, door slamming, and property damage outside the home. I have had a great time here at hoover ...I learned so much and the chef is awesome and the staff is phenomenal 🙌 especially karrissa the discharge coordinator she is a god send the cc's are awesome I have no complaints at all ....I have been able to be to be me and that says alot 😌
I would 100% recommend to anyone who needs the help or has the opportunity to go here; It has absolutely changed my life and set me on the right track. The people here are amazing I want to shout out each of the CCs’ Sarah, Owen on the night shift is a wonderful combo while the morning crew Gladius, Jonathan, and Bella are amazing people to welcome you to the morning each and everyone of them put a smile on my face.
