Hosted a birthday party there tonight. The service was EXCELLENT.. the atmosphere is nice, and overall I couldn't have been happier.
very disappointed in our visit today, from the moment we got our lane, 20 mins no acknowledgement, had to get a manager just to get a server, then our pizza was not what we ordered, and our lane kept messing up and it took for ever to get help, we got passed around being told we would get assistance and never did, I had to go and look for a manager,, I live bowlero and I hope our next visit will be better

Its a wonderful place, the servers and great, the front desk is very welcoming, and is well managed with managers always there to help with any problems.
Great service/food! The manager Joey took care of us and he was great!
