This was my first time there. We had a big event there. I do not think they planned the staff in the concession correctly the poor older lady and tall young guy were doing the best they could with all the food orders. The girl with dark hair and painted big eyebrows on was VERY RUDE. She needs customer service training not to mention how to talk to other employees. Over all it was ok
We just had my son's 4th birthday party here tonight and it was beyond amazing. Every single staff person went above and beyond to make sure my little dude's day was awesome, even down to tracking down some birthday candles because I forgot to bring mine. I will forever sing of AMF'S praises and recommend them every chance we get!

I will never go back here. Been bowling there for many many years and this weekend when I went back everything had changed. Can't order food at the food counter!? Took 30 mins to get a pretzel.. can't order pitchers of drinks anymore so it costs an arm and a leg for 3 or 4 drinks. And I've always payed as I came in never before I leave..just weird, unorganized,sloppily managed..huge disappointment!!! And I know for a fact it never costed me $70 for 1 adult and 2 kids to bowl 1 game before!
We partied for New Year's Eve 2016 after missing a few years. I have to say, I was disappointed with the setup, the cost, and how everything was handled. I am in a wheelchair so accommodations were fantastic but that's the only positive thing I have to say. We were treated rudely when it came to the bar, half the food was missing utensils and no utensils to eat with, and there was an event fee that we were led to believe it was for tips and such.
