Been here for 3 years, and the only reason I'm leaving is because the apartments are being torn down to build newer ones. I'd never leave otherwise. It's affordable, nice and big, and more importantly I feel safe! It's a quiet area and everyone I've met who lives here is so nice. The staff (office and maintenance) are wonderful!! They treat you like family and always help in any way possible.

Moved here with my fiance from The Village when they priced us out. I wish we would have skipped The Village and moved straight here. I didn't know about these apartments when I first moved to Dallas, but I was happy when I did find them. Pros: especially as more time goes on, these are the safest inexpensive apartments you'll find in the area as rental prices continue to increase. I've been here just over a year. I happily renewed for a year a couple of months ago. I love it here. It's inexpensive and close to a lot of great businesses, many within walking distance (or a short drive). I realize there's an expiration date to the complex, but I hope it's years away. I will be here until then. Sure, it's old, but it's got character. The rooms are big, which I like. The rent is very reasonable, the staff is great, and the maintenance guys are quick.
