There has been another management change, it's worse than the last one. We have had no maintenance for months, the garage leaks and damages cars, the garbage area is horrible, the hallways stink. Very rarely is anyone available in the office and it's different people. The apartments are poorly remodeled and not energy efficient so electric is expensive,the water sewer and garbage run about 200 monthly for two people. Kelly Rae was a big help throughout the touring and application process. She was professional and empathetic, and you could tell the whole time her priority was providing information and making the apartment search easier. I commend her time and effort in getting me the answers I needed, even if I ended up at another apartment complex in the end. My one concern about Amesbury was the phone lines having full voicemail boxes. Not having your call answered and not having a way to leave a message made me a little nervous.

This is the worst apt building I’ve ever lived in. The elevator is constantly broken, garage door doesn’t work all the time, dumpsters constantly over flowing and the worst being that you can never get a hold of anyone for anything. My maintenance requests just sit there, My water has been shut off twice for hours and there is no one to call or get a hold of.
