Carlos is a great sales represented always take care of me every time I stop at the store. He is a good man
“Very bad experience at this store. The person in charge always has a bad attitude and tries to charge for things that shouldn’t be charged, claiming the tools are dirty even when they are not. On top of that, he often closes earlier than he should or opens late, showing little professionalism. One time he even closed the store to go to lunch while customers were waiting outside. Customer service is very poor, and it’s clear they don’t care about providing good service.”
Closed register 10 mins early on a thursday and wouldnt help me but doesnt matter anyway because the supposed profesional Drywall supply store apparently doesnt sell texturing tools and the guy at the counter offered me cornerbead instead. Cant make this stuff up.
