The doctor was so knowledgeable and upbeat which was what I needed because he told me things I just didn’t want to hear. He was so compassionate and felt so bad. He talked to me about different options and what the next steps would be. I was incredibly impressed with him and his office staff.
I like Kathy a lot! She makes sure I understand what she tells me! Her main goal is having me hear well!
Professional and courteous. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Did not try to sell me unneeded products at higher prices, only what I needed.
