We had an exceptional experience with Ames. They redid our kitchen countertops and backsplash. We chose a herringbone backsplash which is very hard to do and have zero complaints. Our flooring was installed perfectly also. We had issues come up as any construction project does. The best thing I can say is that all issues were dealt with in a timely manner and perfectly handled. My wife is very happy and so am I. Thank you for all the hard work guys. Cheers.

Great customer service. They did a wonderful job fixing the water damage on my hardwood floors. They were there when they said they would be. I'm so happy.
Loved Aames Flooring! From the 2 salesman that came to my home to the 4 installers who worked 11hr & 14 hr days to get the job done as quickly as possible. They were prompt, courteous and I felt completely comfortable with them in my home. Totally recommend!
