This is the worst business I’ve ever had to deal with. Signed a lease. Apartment was filthy, sinks were completely clogged. Extensive hair and trash in drawers. When I left I had the place professionally cleaned including carpet steaming which was required. They still deducted around $500 for random things even though the place was in better shape than when I moved in. These are truly just awful people who lie and lie. Save yourself a million headaches and use anyone else.

Oliver and the whole team at Ameropan and Platinum Group have been so helpful and professional. Would recommend for both property management and if you are buying/selling a home

Ever work with a company that you feel ashamed that you worked with? That's how I felt with ameropan realty. Supposedly they have new ownership which would make sense as the original team was unresponsive abusive and did not follow Nevada laws.
