Just over two years ago I moved out of a Provo, UT apartment that Ameritrue had just taken over. I left the router I had rented there after being told that the new property manager would probably just transfer the account for me. Figuring it was handled, I forgot about it. I called to ask about rental properties and the person on the phone was in a real hurry and told me to go to their website to see what they have available. I need something specific and had hoped to find someone helpful enough to ask what I was looking for. I was hoping that she would take my number in case something became available in the next few weeks. But she was just too busy. UGH!!!
Ameritrue Real Estate & Management is by far the BEST Property Management Company in the state of Utah. I have worked with “big” property management firms and I have never experienced the quality and support that we experience with Clint and his team. We are planning to keep working with them for all our real estate investments. I totally recommend them.
