Car was stolen from my driveway, huge fire ants , me and my kids had to stay inside of the unit with no working toilets for 3 days before they fixed it, no window screens so I can't even open my windows , huge mistake DO NOT LEASE WITH THIS MGMT COMPANY THEY ARE NOT DESIGNED TO HELP BROWN AND BLACK PEOPLE.

Will charge you and scam you for anything. Complete scam.Don’t fix nothing. You have to get your own lights, go to your room to turn on a garbage disposal cause the brackets keep turning off. You give them more then 30 days move out notice and they want to charge you after that for another months rent. Been waiting two years for them to fix a bath tub. I could go on all day. Just run and run away from leasing here.
Reached out to a leasing agent and had my application pulled and reviewed for me and my wife. They denied it and asked for a co-signer to make 5X the rent for a house listed at 1675. There was no other options provided and the income is over the requirement. The stipulations seem to be ridiculous. Why verify income if they were going to deny it
One of the worst decisions I've made nothing has been fixed and nothing was fixed before I moved in the toilet seats were disgusting the heat has not worked since I moved here 12/14 they tell me to use the portal but I get no response very unprofessional the back fence has a hole in the property say it's not theirs I've seen people standing back there and big dogs come in and out my kids can't even go back there if they wanted too. I don't know what happened to the toilet pics but they were replaced last week.
