I bought an Ameritex home just under two years ago, and can say that this purchase has ruined my life. The craftsmanship/workmanship is horrible. Their warranty service is the worst I have ever dealt with. They deny almost all of my requests. This house has been a nightmare since day one. During g my first year, the HVAC contractor was out to my house no less than 10 times, and when the one year builder warranty was up, that's when all of my problems started.
