Tried returning a brand new out of box heater. Left my presence in perfect condition now I’m getting bogus story that it’s written on permanent marker and has dents all over it. Told me to take it up with UPS. Customer service is rude and they don’t stand behind products sold. Stay away.

Tried to purchase something from this company and first time in my life had been reprimanded for doing so. Customer service - TERRIBLE! Tried to get hold of the management - no luck! Tried to ask names of the people "trying" to help - no luck! Asked some technical questions regarding the product - no answer was given by the rep and no technical help was offered! WOW!
The second time they done played wit my #Cheese, they act like ppl can come up THERE at will Fuck naw i can't and i anit . i got in that ass b4 bout my cheese and here we go again i GUESS I'll have ah mouth full of their ass tomorrow if that cheese not RIGHT. How do you call ask then they come on but cheese NOT THERE wtf. They will get a Ear full in am.
