They were friendly and efficient when they were here. Only issue is they delayed the second day of construction by a week after I had already took the day off and had to scramble to find someone to be home when they came back to finish
Outstanding experience from beginning to end. Had our back slider replaced and not only was the pricing fair but the customer service, communication, and quality of work was all on point. The crew found some rotting wood when they removed our old door and immediately headed out to Home Depot so they could fix everything up. No cutting corners, high quality door. It’s tough to find a great company like Ameritech these days, but we look forward to many future projects with them.
This is an exceptionally well-run company. All the scheduling, completion of the job, follow-up were absolutely perfect. The house looks great, and we're grateful for such a caring and competent firm!
Ameritech provided exceptional service from the beginning of project design through completion. The owner is very detail oriented. A detailed written scope of work for our house exterior project was developed with the homeowner. This resulted in a clear understanding of the project for the homeowner, project manager, and the installation crew.
