Their client rear ended our car in the beginning of June. They seemed helpful at first then they started to not answer. We made calls and left voicemails and nothing. We even told them to give connect us to the manager and he didn't answer or return our phone calls. Their excuse for not paying us or doing anything was that their client wouldn't pick up the phone and answer questions. Just in case you couldn’t tell by the other 1 star reviews this company sucks. Better off just not having insurance than to be insured by these guys.
This is the worst company to be insured by, because I was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist in a company vehicle that was insured by this company and it has taken over 2 years with plenty of postponements to try to get a fair settlement. So I'm going to have to go through the Department of Insurance consumer services division to get this company reported, if you're ever hurt and this company has to pay you you will have a hard time and they will drag it out as long as they can and they will pretty much treat you like dirt ... read more
0. Absolutely horrible experience. Their insured hit me so I went through them for repairs and rental. My adjuster averaged a month between responding to me. I had to call daily in the beginning just to get ahold of her, which took over a month even though I had dashcam footage and all the proper documentation. Now, she calls me out of no where with a very aggressive and accusing tone telling me that my husband can’t be an additional driver for the rental and that now they aren’t obligated to cover it…enterprise told me that... read more
