Well, I started this fence and gate building project back in April or May 2021. I had a horrible time getting the materials and the end result was total garbage. The management and sales people that I spoke with think customers are idiots and Ameristar's warranty isn't worth the paper it is written on. Poor service; poor quality materials; do not stand behind their products; arrogant when dealing with customers.
AWFUL!! CANNOT GET A SIMPLE GATE HINGE THAT BROKE TO REPLACE. MUST CALL AN EXPENSIVE CONTRACTOR TO FIX. WHAT? JUST LET ME GET THE PART AND DO IT MYSELF!!
They are not quick with quotes, at all, therefore you cannot be so,with your customer. Just had one of our biggest customers in the field needing an answer on something and I could not get a hold of anyone to provide that, for him.
