Missed the following on our home inspection: -AC unit bad and had to be replaced on day 1 in a new build - electrical issues - plumbing issues - tee pipe cracked, debris found in pipes etc. - two pipes cracked in irrigation system - internet cables cut by builder It has been nonstop steam of issues since moving into our new build home and our inspector caught absolutely none of them. They happily took 700+ dollars and provided zero value. Look elsewhere.
