Great people very professional detail oriented and very thorough
A great experience working with Ron and Florins. Answered all my questions and concerns. We didn't purchase the home due to the great work you did uncovering all the problems with the house. Always buyer be ware always have a home inspection by a professional.

Superb service! Florine got our inspection scheduled with record speed. Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful during the inspection. The team at amerispec was amazing! Our first house(unfortunately) did not pass inspection on many accounts. Florine & Jeff were fantastic starting with my first phone call to them to have them do my home inspection. Jeff not only was very thorough but explained everything he was finding whether it was minor or major as we went through the house. They made a very stressful time less stressful. Jeff & Florine were courteous, quick with answering any questions or concerns & are truly wonderful people. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a home inspection!
Jeff, Ron, and Florine were wonderful. Jeff and Ron not only were great talking to during the inspection, but they knew what they were looking for and saved me a load of money when they found a leak in the septic. Jeff took his time to come back out to ensure a drop in water level and explain the problems that came along with it. Florine was very responsive to emails and phone calls and she was super helpful as well. Definitely recommend; they are the best!
