AmeriSpec did not disappoint in the slightest. I had Matt come out for an inspection. He was extremely thorough, kind, and knowledgeable. He not only took the time to go through all the findings, but answered all of my questions and took time to educate me on things I didn't know much about. I highly recommend AmeriSpec, Charles inspected our home was very thorough and professional.
Depends on the inspector how good they are. Used them twice - once was great, second time the inspector missed a couple significant items that ended up costing well over $4k to fix. I understand that inspectors can't catch everything, but the inspector specifically indicated an item was good when it wasn't.
