Rich came out to inspect a house I was under contract for and answered all of my question about the house. Consummate professional from start to finish. He checked things I would have never thought of and because of the report I ended up not getting the house. Probably saved me from making a big mistake. I highly recommend AmeriSpec and Rich in particular.
Nick was very thorough. We were unable to attend the inspection but he took time on the following day to speak with me about the findings. He was very personable and put my mind at ease on a few items. He was prompt and provided the report with a very short turnaround time. We are very pleased. I’d highly recommend!
