Terry Wilder sucks .80% of the furnace ducts in a house a bought last June, are corroded and have big holes and he claims he couldn’t get in some parts of the crawl space but some of problems are just a few feet away from the access to the crawl space
My lender recently used AmeriSpec for a purchase in Portland. The inspector didn’t catch a clear break in the main sewer line while performing the scope, leaving us to find the break upon further review, outside of the inspection period and having to pay 100% out of pocket for the repair. Would not recommend.
