We used this company for a home inspection based on the 90 day warranty protection program offered. However they do NOT stant behind the warranty. With ZERO recourse and little help from Chuck, we are now out of pocket thousands to fix missed issues with out home purchase, including major water damage, mold, and severe termite damgae. The company that holds the warranty simply changes the language to not have to cover any of these problems and would prefer for us to file an insurance claim. Don't waster your money here.
