I highly recommend AmeriSpec, Charles inspected our home was very thorough and professional.
Depends on the inspector how good they are. Used them twice - once was great, second time the inspector missed a couple significant items that ended up costing well over $4k to fix. I understand that inspectors can't catch everything, but the inspector specifically indicated an item was good when it wasn't.
AmeriSpec is the best! Highly trained and very professional.
