RecommendedRich came out to inspect a house I was under contract for and answered all of my question about the house. Consummate professional from start to finish. He checked things I would have never thought of and because of the report I ended up not getting the house. Probably saved me from making a big mistake. I highly recommend AmeriSpec and Rich in particular.
