The driver placed the materials neatly on my driveway leaving enough room for me to get in and out of my garage. Next day the repair crew arrived early and began prepping the work area. Him and his claims department didn't just accept my insurance's decision at the beginning for a partial repair. They were able to push for a full replacement by having their own clear photos that showed severe damage that my insurance's photos did not.
