I don't appreciate being charged for services that weren't done, I don't like the you try to charge me for a roof vent and then not replace it, also the fact that you put in different colored vents and then had to come out and spray pain them. But the thing that takes the icing on the cake is when your employees tell me that they're not going to come out and do the proper stuff on the roof before getting it even inspected, but yet they want paid for it right now even though they're not done.
