Everything went smoothly, except I was told that my appointment was anywhere from 9a.m. to 1p.m. and the installer didn't show up until almost 3p.m. Besides that no complaints. He did the job in a timely manner and then handed me a $100 check when he was finished.
They were wonderful, came out same day and the guy even vacuumed out my truck! Will definitely use them again!
Representative was courteous and knowledgeable. Gave me good advice. Arranged to have my windshield repaired promptly at my home and all the paperwork was filed for me. I heard from my insurance company that the bill was paid. It all went "smooth as glass". I also told them I checked out their company on line and I received a $100 check for using their services. That's a great way to keep customers coming back and giving out referrals. Word of mouth is the best advertising. Thank you for your service.
These guys are very friendly and very fast! They visited me at my own home so I didn't have to go out of my way at ALL. Not only were they friendly, fast, and filed through my insurance at no cost, but they PAID ME! That was for referring them to others and for using them instead of a different glass company who were trying to charge me for this service to begin with. Terrible terrible terrible work and the person who came to install was rude and left trash in my driveway I was promised a lifetime warranty but it's actually only a limited warranty I tried contacting the main office but couldn't get ahold of anyone will never recommend this company to anyone they shouldn't have a business at all!!!!!!
I have had 3 windshield replacements though this company. On time every time. They have come to my house and work. They pay you $100 for your old windshield. I will never use another company again! They bill insurance for you. My insurance rates have not gone up. I have recommended them to friends and family.
I have not used this business, but will never either. They hired a company that uses illegal telemarketing practices. I received an unwanted, unsolicited phone call that was a recording. After I chose to speak to a person I was able to find out that the "Windshields of Florida" were actually calling for AmeriPro Auto Glass on Main Street (I asked if the work was performed by a local company). I recently had my windshield replaced by Ameripro Auto Glass. I have had several windshields replaced over the years and these guys were the most efficient, professional and nicest company by far. They even gave me a $50.00 gas card free. I would reccomend these guys to anybody!
